I created Maletenance® to share what I learned from living with a catheter, and what I continue to learn about health, aging,, and staying engaged with life.
I'm 63 and focused on strength, adaptation and reinvention, physically, mentally, and emotionally. My experience as a patient led me first to peer support and education, and ultimately to patient advocacy and innovation.
Maletenance is built on lived experience, not theory, and on the belief that aging doesn't mean shrinking your life. It means continuing to shape it.
Cheers, and wishing you great health.
Tony

Aging is an honor, not a guarantee.
We spend a lot of time talking about how to age well, but I think there's an important question that comes first. If you're fortunate enough to grow older, what do you want that life to look like?
Do you want to remain strong? Independent? Curious? Connected? Do you want to travel, fall in love, start something new, change direction, or simply continue doing the things that make your life feel like yours?
Not everything about aging is within our control. But many of the choices we make today can influence the life we're able to live tomorrow.
For me, aging well is about health, purpose, relationships, and time. It's about becoming current with who you are instead of holding on to who you were.
Aging is an honor. The question is what you want to do with it.
KEEP BECOMING.
Cheers, Tony
Aging well isn't about trying to stay young.
It's about staying engaged with the life you have and being intentional about the life you want.
