I created Maletenance to share what I learned from living with a catheter, and what I continue to learn about health, aging, and staying engaged with life.
I’m 62 and focused on strength, adaptation, and reinvention — physically, mentally, and emotionally. This platform is built on lived experience, not theory, and on the belief that aging doesn’t mean shrinking your life… it means redesigning it.
Cheers, and wishing you great health.
Tony

My approach is unique because it's based on life's profound lessons, not theoretical knowledge or professional qualifications. I've learned that transformations and well-being are interconnected, not just for you, but for your loved ones as well.
My approach encompasses all these facets of life because I'm living it as it unfolds. It's not just about looking and feeling great but thriving through every stage of life, understanding that our well-being is deeply interconnected with our environment, relationships, and the choices we make.
Aging is an honor and a blessing when you and your loved ones' health span and life span match. I learned also that helping others enriches your life in ways you could never imagine. I started Maletenance initially for Catheter User support and now I want to help people to embrace aging.
You have one life to live, and it's short, so live it to the fullest.
Here are some of the topics I will share:
Cheers, Tony
